What is Income Navigator?

Nova Credit partners with tenant screening companies to provide properties with the ability to estimate applicants' income using Income Navigator. 

To see the available income estimation options, check your Income Navigator link. Your property management team determines which Nova Credit methods are available to you.

Nova Credit does not make rental decisions or set eligibility criteria for any property. All eligibility criteria are set, and all rental decisions are made by the property owner or manager at each property. If you have any concerns about the tenant screening process, including income estimation, please feel free to contact the property management directly.
