I was rejected for my credit card application even though I used Nova Credit. Why is that?

Please note the rejection is not the decision made by Nova Credit. Nova Credit simply takes the data from a foreign bureau and translates it to a local standard--we don’t influence the decision that the credit provider makes about whether to approve your application for credit. Nova Credit is solely responsible for retrieving your foreign credit report and providing the report to the lender. We do not have access to view the application status or the final result. The decision to approve or decline is determined by the lender.
