The Nova Credit support team will investigate the issue and provide you with the next best step. The Nova Credit investigation will determine if the data from the credit bureau was accurately reported on the Nova Credit report. If the data from the Bureau was accurately processed and reported onto your Nova Credit report, but the data is incorrect, you will need to dispute the data with the Bureau directly.
