After you have successfully retrieved your Nova Credit report, you will receive an email from our system to access the report. However, the link does expire after 72 hours. To receive a new link to access your Nova Credit report, please submit a request here. Once you have obtained the new link, you will be requested to provide additional information for us to verify your identity. It is important that you follow the instructions carefully and provide all requested documentation for us to locate your credit report and process your request.
