The Nova Credit support team will investigate the issue and provide you with the next best step. The Nova Credit investigation will determine if the data from the credit bureau was accurately reported on the Nova Credit Passport. If the data from the bureau was accurately processed and reported onto your Nova Credit Passport, but the data is incorrect, you will need to dispute the data with the bureau directly. Once have successfully retrieved a report via Nova Credit, you should receive a link to view the report. If you have noticed any error on the Nova Credit report, you can raise your dispute using our online form here. Nova Credit does not charge you to investigate a dispute. Please provide details information as to what information was incorrect. This will help our support team conduct a thorough investigation and provide you with the next best step.
