At the moment, Nova Credit is only able to use a pay stub in our automated income calculation system called Income Navigator. This means uploading a non-pay stub document to our system will send another reminder as you did not complete this step properly. If you are getting a regular direct deposit to a bank account, you have the option to add a supported bank account by selecting the bank account connection option to verify your income.
If you would like to try again, please follow up with your property manager or leasing agent for a new application link if your existing link is no longer valid. They can help you to determine the next best steps regarding your application.
