Can I use SSI or Social Security paperwork for income verification?

At this time, Nova Credit is only able to use a pay stub as an upload in our automated income calculation system (called Income Navigator). This means uploading a non-pay stub document to our system will send another reminder as you did not complete this step with a method that Nova Credit can use. If you are getting a regular direct deposit to a bank account, you have the option to add a supported bank account instead. If you would like to try again, please follow up with your property manager for a new application link. If these options are not a great fit at this time, please contact the property manager or leasing agent for the next best steps regarding your application.
