I already uploaded a document, why am I still getting an email?

Our system will trigger additional invites if you have not properly complete the verification. For some of our tenant screening customer, the first reminder email arrives 3 hours after the initial invite. If you have not completed this process properly, the reminders email will be sent every 9 hours for one of the following scenarios 

• You have not used the link that was sent to complete the verification request properly.
  If you uploaded a document that was not an accepted pay stub, the leasing team may trigger additional applications from their portal.
• Multiple applicaitons were created by the leasing team, while you may have completed one of the applications, while one of your applications has reached a successful status, the remaining applications continue to send out reminders until all of them reach a successful status. - If you tried to connect to a bank but did not complete the process.

If you do not have income to provide or would like to explore other verification methods, you can select "continue without verifyin". This should notify the proeprty manager that you are not participating in this process, please follow up with leasing agent or property manager to understand the next step for your application.'

If you have concerns about the outcome of your verification of income, we encourage you to check in with the property manager. They’d be the best to determine the appropriate next steps on your application.
