Nova Credit works with tenant screening companies to provide properties with the ability to verify applicants' income. This is done using the Income Navigator.
The accepted methods of income navigators are
- connecting the primary bank account(s) you receive income and direct deposit
- uploading a W2 type of pay stub (1099 form would not work)
- connecting your payroll provider.
Please note some property management may limit the options of for the accepted verification method. Generally speaking, the bank connection should be available across all of our tenant screening customer and their property management clients.
Nova Credit does not have authorization to view the status or outcome of applications. Instead, Nova Credit only provides an income calculation based on either one of the accepted methods above.
If you have privacy concerns or neither of the Nova verification options works for you, please contact the property manager directly on the appropriate next step. All questions about the outcome of the calculation or the status of your application should be directed to the property manager or leasing agent you are working with on your application.
If you do not have income or do not wish to particiapte this process, please select ""continue without verifying"" and this would notify the property management team that you are not participating this step. The automatic email reminders should stop too."
