I’m a retiree so I don’t have pay stubs. Can I upload something else instead?

At the moment, Nova Credit is only able to use a pay stub in our automated income calculation system, called Income Navigator. This means uploading a non-pay stub document to our system like an SSI, SSA, or tax document, will send another reminder as you did not complete this with a document that the Nova Credit system can use.

If you are getting a regular direct deposit to a bank account, you have the option to add a supported bank account instead to verify your income. If you would like to try again, please follow up with your property manager for a new application link. If that is not a great fit either, please follow up with your property manager or leasing agent for the next best steps regarding your application.
