At the moment, Nova Credit is only able to use a pay stub in our automated income calculation system. Being that you don't have a pay stub, you do have the option to connect a supported bank account if you feel your previous bank data can speak to the required income amount. Since you do not yet have a pay stub to provide, you have the option to add a supported bank account by selecting "verify instantly using bank account" to verify your income. This will allow our system to look into the bank data to verify the income prior to this new job. If you do not receive any income prior to this new job, we encourage you to follow up with the property manager to explore other methods of verification.
