Does my income verification link expire?

Depending on the property in which you are applying, your verification link will expire based on the property dashboard settings on their tenant screening platform.

If the application expires, you will need to request a new application link directly from the property manager or leasing agent.
Besides the application has expired, the verification link may also become invalid if

• You have successfully completed the verification process.
• You successfully uploaded a document under a pay stub option. Please note, uploading any non-pay stub document such as bank statement, offer letter, social security benefit letter, offer letter will not result in a successful verificaiton due to the unsupported document type.
• You selected "continue without verifying" and submitted this response. This would close the invite link and will not allow additional submissions. This should notify the property management team you are skipping this verification or that your guarantor and co-applicant are providing their income.

If you need a new verification link, please contact the property manager/ leasing agent directly. Nova Credit is unable to re-open the link or re-issue a new verification link.
