If your banking institution is not listed, do not worry! You will be presented with the option to try again with the bank connection or connect with your payroll provider.
To see one of these options, you need to exit the bank option by clicking the "X" on the right top corner.
When the application prompts "Are you sure you want to exit?", select "Yes, exit", the application should presented you with the next available options.
If neither the bank or the payroll option work, you may be prompted with the pay stub upload option. For detail instructions, please see the article below
