The only authentic Facebook page is https://www.facebook.com/novacredit/
This means if you see the Nova Credit logo on a different Facebook page, this page is impersonating our organization. You know it is an impersonation (fake) because Nova Credit is not allowed to discuss your application details or any personal information on our social media.
We have learned that these pages are advertising a credit card, saying that there is some kind of issue that must be resolved by talking with an agent on Facebook. Remember that Nova Credit NEVER communicates about applications or fees through Facebook or Facebook Messenger.
Here at Nova Credit, we do not process any credit card applications. Instead, you apply for our partner credit cards, and then they offer the opportunity to use Nova Credit as part of the application process if you qualify based on your credit history and country where the history resides. A real Nova Credit support application has no Facebook communication involved.
Please report any fake Nova Credit sites to Facebook. Here is a link with more information - https://www.facebook.com/help/174210519303259
To find out more about which countries qualify, you can get started with the process here.
