My report could not be processed but there is still a pending charge on my credit card.

During the Nova Credit flow, you will be asked to provide the credit card application as authorization to hold the charge. You will only be charged if your foreign credit history was successfully retrieved. If your report request was unsuccessful, the authorized payment will not be processed and the pending charge will be released in 7-10 business days.
