Some of our tenant screening customers do offer payroll connections for income verification. If you are unable to connect your bank account and the payroll connection did not work either, you also have the option to upload a recent pay stub. Please note that some of our partner's client did not offer pay stub option, if that is the setting for the specific property you applied for, plaese contact the leasing staff or property manager to explore other verification methods.
As a reminder, Uploading any non-pay stub document such as bank statement, 1099 form, tax return, benefit letter, etc would not result in a successful verification outcome. If neither of these options suffices given your means of verification, please work with the property manager or leasing agent to explore additional means to verify your income. As the lender and decision maker in your lease application, the property manager or leasing agent may have other opportunities to manually verify income at their discretion.
