How do I submit a pay stub for verification of income?

The pay stub upload option may not be presented to you initially as some properties have set their preferred income verification method to be a bank connection. As a result, the widget will not display the pay stub upload option.

If you are not seeing the option to upload a pay stub, you will need to do the following :

1.Select “Connect bank account”

2.Click “Continue” on the screen with "Connecting bank account is an easy and secure way to verify multiple incomes"

3.Click the X on the top right on the next screen with the MasterCard logo,









4.Confirm you want to exit, and you will then be prompted to upload a pay stub.






 

5. Pay stub option should appear on the screen








Please remember, only a pay stub in a PDF, JPG, PNG format that includes top-line information such as gross and net pay, individual earnings, and deduction line items (such as taxes) will be able to be used for income estimation. Any other document uploaded will not result in a successful income estimation, and you may reach out to the property manager or leasing agent you are working with to obtain a new link to try again.
